화물자동차 판스프링 낙하사고 재발방지 관련 홍보 요청

안녕하십니까 이안물류입니다~

※최근 화물자동차에서 판스프링이 떨어지거나, 떨어져있던  판스프링을 차량이 밟고 지나가면서 다른 차로 날아드는 사고가 자주 발생하여 많은 사상자들이 발생하고 있는 실정입니다.
    이와 관련하여 대책회의가 개최되었으며,국토교통부는 아래와 같이 대책안을 검토 중에 있는 바, 각 차주님께서는 화물차 운행 중 판스프링 등 고정도구가 낙하 하지 않도록 조심해주시기 바랍니다.

□ 재발방지 대책(안)

▷ (단속강화) 경찰·지자체·교통안전공단과 집중단속(7~8월말), 실적 모니터링(매주)과 함께 필요시 불시현장점검, 도로관리청(도공, 국토청)등도 단속지원

▷ (개선명령) 화물운송사업자에게 화물 고정도구 이탈방지 조치 강화 개선명령하고 개선명 령 위반 시 과태료(3백만원) 부과(즉시)

▷ (처벌 강화) 화물차법에 화물 고정도구 이탈방지 조치 의무화

- 미이행시, 화물운전자 종사자격 취소, 관리 소홀에 따른 운송사업자 사업상 제제, 운 전자 중상자 사고발생시 처벌 규정 신설
